Morty Gilley, 70, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Pleasant Valley Rehabilitation Center. He was a retired storeroom supervisor for AEP. He was born September 9, 1953, in Gallipolis, a son to the late Albert M., Jr. and Nelda Jane (Brewer) Gilley.

Morty is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Kris and Sherri Gilley, and Jason Gilley, all of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Brooks, Blake, Morgan, Audrey, McKinley, and Merritt; sisters, Nancy Ball, of Proctorville, and Marsha Powell, of Point Pleasant; and many extended family and friends.
