Alice Gleason age 80 of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Wednesday December 29, 2021 while at Arbors at Gallipolis.

Alice was born November 17, 1941 in Point Pleasant, WV, to the late Harold and Mildred (Harmon) Garrett

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her step-father; Oscar Steven, father of her Children, Paul Richard Gleason and a son, Robbie Jay Gleason.

Alice was a very caring and hardworking mother who spent years working at Care Haven in Point Pleasant, not only taking care of her parents but all the residents as if they were family.

As she got older Alice enjoyed herself and loved yard sale, thrift stores and long rides in the country, she enjoyed playing her lottery tickets and could not pass up a good thrift deal or the chance of a road adventure! Its said that she had an eagle eye and could not only spot a deer on the hill miles away, but on occasion she would spot money along the road as she drove by and would insist on turning around and laying claim to it, neverf a dull moment and every trip was truly an adventure.

Alice leaves behind her children; Joey (Elaine) of Grove City, Oh., Denny (Carol) of Lakeland, FL, Rodney (Tonya) and Heidi Ralbusky of Point Pleasant, WV one sister, Dorothy (Ronald) Burgess of Lakeland, Fl., grandkids; Miranda (Seth) Short, Tyler (Tiffany) Gleason, Chelsea (Brent) Herferd, Lee (Dorothy) Gleason, Jacob Gleason, Catherine (Edwin) Morales, Braydon (Alex) Ralbusky, Hailey and Hannah Ralbusky and Bobbi Jo Henry along with great-grandkids; Gage, Rachel, Bash, Cruz, Paisley, Denny, Landon, Mary, Walter, Elliot and Eva (EJ).

Services will be Monday January 3, 2022 funeral conducted by Pastor Robert Patterson II begins at 1:00, and visitation will be 1 hour prior. Burial will follow in Suncrest Cemetery.
