Andrew J. Nibert, age 46, of Ona, WV, passed away at his home on Tuesday,  December 23, 2025.

Andrew was born November 8, 1979, in Gallipolis, OH to John F. Nibert and the late Elizabeth Ann (Burcham) Nibert.

Besides his father he is survived by his stepmother Jeanie Nibert; brother, John Christopher Nibert; step-brothers, Justin (Olivia) Colvin, Seth (Sydney) Colvin, Cole (Bayleigh) Parenti; step-sisters, Beth Sergent, Ashley (Josh) Jones; aunts, Sharon Michel, Berna Darby and Linda Nelson; one nephew, Logan Nibert; a niece, Cassandra (Nibert) Smith; along with several step-nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his mother he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Forrest and Cordelia Nibert and Bernard and Mary Burcham.

Andrew graduated from Point Pleasant High School, as well as The Golf Academy of Myrtle Beach, SC where he studied to become a golf instructor, he then returned and got his degree from Marshall University as a Regents scholar.

He was an avid golfer, a handyman of sorts in all trades and a very helpful and giving neighbor.

Andrew was saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, and he professed his faith by being baptized in the Church of Norway Ave, Huntington, WV., his father John F. Nibert, was there. Andrew watched Charles Stanley on Sunday's and often discussed the sermons with his father.

Andew's worldly struggles are over, and he is finally free and at peace with Jesus.

Services for Andrew will be Monday, December 29, 2025, at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:00pm. The funeral, officiated by Greg Barton and Brian May will start at 1:00 pm. The burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens.
