April Leigh Bascue age 43 of Point Pleasant, passed away Sunday September 4, 2022, at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, WV.

She was born April 26, 1979 in Point Pleasant, WV the daughter of Mike and Marie (Roach) Edwards. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Thomas E Roach and brother in law Tim Bascue.

Aside from her parents April is survived by her loving husband Joshua Bascue; sons, Joseph McComas and Joshua Bascue; sisters Julia (Tim) Roush and Amy (David ) Hill. She had four special nieces that she loved very much Olevia (Lionel) Gibbs of North Carolina, Kayla Thorne, Elizabeth Roush, and Samantha Thorne of Virginia. Maternal grandmother Ann Roach. Paternal grandmother Ruby Allinder. Mother in law Mary Carmichael. Several great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Family friend Tara Beasley and several cats that she loved dearly.

Per April's request she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held Thursday September 8, 2022 at 1:00 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Point Pleasant, WV.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Crow Hussell Funeral Home to help with expenses.
