Barbara E. (Jeffers) Meadows, 72, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia passed away on Thursday December 28, 2017 in Chillicothe, Ohio. She was born to Pary Jeffers and Edith Badgley on October 6, 1945 in Meigs County, Ohio. Barbara was blessed with three children, Billie (Richard) Barnes of Cabot, Arkansas, Derrick and Anna Meadows of Point Pleasant West Virginia, and Jeremiah Meadows of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, and two grandchildren Gage Slater of Cabot, Arkansas and Amara Meadows of Point Pleasant, West Virginia. She was a loving mother to her children and the many people she cared for during her life. She was known for her compassion in senior home care within her community. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her entire family, and the people who knew her. She is survived by her three children, brother Lee Jeffers of New Haven, West Virginia, and sister Anna Mae Brockschmidt of Gibsonberg, Ohio. She is preceded by her mother, father, four sisters, and two brothers.
