Betty Jo Bulmer age, 91 of Point Pleasant, WV and Gadena, CA passed away peacefully May 8, 2019 at the Emogene Dolin Hospice House in Huntington, WV. Betty was born March 7, 1928 in Point Pleasant to the late Roy and Irene (Shiflet) Russell.

Betty spent her life between Gardena, CA. and Point Pleasant, WV she enjoyed her travels as she would move back and forth between the two towns. Betty had a deep love of the gospel and her passion was sharing her faith as the founder, writer, publisher and distributor of her Christian news letter "Tasty Tidbits" which she started publishing in the early 70's and continued over the years with help from her son Duffy. Betty was also ordained as Full Gospel Christian Minister.

She is preceded in death be her husband, Walter H. Bulmer II, children: Kim Brel, Wayne Bulmer and Kella Alethea Stump, siblings: Helda Mae Riffle and Jesse Russell.

Betty is survived by Sons; Walter "Duffy" Bulmer and Derrik T. Bulmer, brother; John "Bill" (Wanda) Russell along with 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and family friends that will deeply miss her.

Visitation will be at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home on Monday May 13, 2019 from 3-4 PM burial will be at Roosvelt Memorial Park in Gardena, CA.
