Beulah Bell (Hayes) Traina, age 87, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014, at her home. She was a homemaker and had attended Pleasant Valley Community Church. She had owned B & J Grocery and also had worked for Ohio Barge Company. Beulah was born on October 5, 1926, in Grimm's Landing, a daughter to the late Roy and Mary (Higginbotham) Hayes. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Traina; and her siblings, Burdell Hayes and Violet Marie Hayes.

Beulah is survived by her daughters and son's-in-law, Joreen and Kenneth Parsons, Sr., of Eleanor and Devona and Jeff Sweeney, of Point Pleasant; step-daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Mark Hall, of Murrell's Inlet, SC; grandchildren, Chris and Shannon Casto, Brandon and Brandy Sweeney, Kenneth Parsons, Jr., Wendy and Sheldon Bailey, Derek Hall and Amy Hall; and nine great-grandchildren.

Beulah's life will be remembered at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2014, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with Rev. Steven Sanderson officiating. Burial will follow at Tucker Cemetery, in Grimm's Landing. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service, on Monday.
