Brenda G. (McDade) Durst, 61, of Leon, passed into the arms of her Savior, on Saturday morning, July 25, 2020, at her home, after a long illness.  She was born October 18, 1958, in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Donald W., Sr. and Ola Esther (Smith) McDade.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald W. McDade, Jr.  Brenda enjoyed car shows and her Ohio State Buckeyes.

She is survived by her loving husband, Marvin Durst; her doggie daughter, Rosie; sister and brother-in-law, Sue (Ed) Nicholson; nieces, Melissa and Clarissa McDade, and Valerie Nicholson; great-nephews, Thomas and Ryan, several aunts, uncles, brothers and sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends.

There will be a graveside service at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 27, 2020, at Baden Presbyterian Cemetery, with Pastor and family friend, Bob Patterson officiating.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at the cemetery.  The family requests no flowers, but prefer donations to the Baden Presbyterian Cemetery Fund.  CDC guidelines, in place from the Covid-19 pandemic, will be observed at the cemetery.
