Carlsted "Carl" Vernon Bowlby's Obituary
Carlsted "Carl" Vernon Bowlby, 65, of Apple Grove, West Virginia, died Thursday morning, June 19, 2008.
He was born October 22, 1942, in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Clarice (Hutchinson) Bowlby. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Lowe.
He is survived by three brothers, Joseph Russell Bowlby of Newark, Ohio; David Bowlby of Johnstown, Ohio and James Bowlby of Stockport, Ohio and two sisters, Grace Camden of Apple Grove, West Virginia and Edith Conrad of Lancaster, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 23, 2008, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Private burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Doanville, Ohio.
Carl's care has been entrusted to Crow-Hussell Funeral Home.
