Charles David Levi Meeks, age 31, of Rutland Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at his home. He was born March 5, 1993 in Gallipolis, Ohio, a son to the late Charles Samuel Meeks and Kelli Schultz. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Vesta Cremeans.

Levi is survived by his wife Jennifer Taylor Meeks; children, Addison Bailey, Braiyden Bailey, Braxtyn Bailey, Alivia Bailey, and a baby on the way; his mother, Kelli Schultz, and step-dad, Dusty Wamsley; grandparents, Robert and Carolyn Wamsley, of Gallipolis Ferry; sister and brother-in-law, Hannah and Dalton Kearns, of Mason; brother, Dustin Wamsley (Keiara), of Point Pleasant; special aunt, Gaila Wallace, of Point Pleasant; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Marie and Frank Pierce, of Rutland, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Hannah Pierce and Brylee Pierce; and many extended family and friends who will all miss him.
