Charles Edward Mullins, of Point Pleasant, passed away unexpectedly on May 24, 2025. He was born August 20, 1941, a son to the late Monteville and Gladola (Meadows) Mullins. He was married to the late Connie (Johnson) Mullins. He proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1960-1968, as a radar technician. He served his community in many ways, through the police and fire departments. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Chris Mullins; and a special brother-in-law, Rick Johnson.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Don and Joni Mullins, and granddaughter, Alyssa, of Clemmons, NC; brother, Roy; sister, Sandra; two nieces, Sherry and Hayley; and many extended family and friends.

There will be a service in the chapel at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens, at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2025, with Rev. Joe Nott officiating. Entombment will follow. There will be no visitation prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family is suggesting contributions in Charles's memory to the VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV, 25704.
