Charles L. Stutes, Jr., 68, of Mason, WV, passed away on Thursday evening, August 29, 2024, at his home. He was a pipefitter with Local #104, in Mashtusha, PA. He was born April 18, 1956, in Calcasieu, LA, a son to Charles L., Sr. and Sandra (Wagner) Halcumb. Preceding him in death was his longtime companion, Marquitta Kay Boswell.

Charles is survived by his children, Misty Monfort, Heather Stutes, Skyla King (Timmy Jeffers), and Latasha (Scotty) Waugh; several grandchildren, including, Drenean King, Darrian King, Madison Waugh, and Bralie "Bug" Waugh; and sisters, Robin and Molly.
