Charles Louis Taylor, 63 of Chilicothe, OH. is survived by daughters, Samantha Marlena Sturgill of Granbury, TX and Cheyenne Jayne Taylor of the home, mother Nina Richmond Taylor Syx of Wellston, OH, father, Roy J Taylor of Aberdeen, MD, sisters; Deborah Taylor Woleslagle (John) of Hubert, NC. and Brenda Redeagle of Hamden, NC., brothers; Anthony Taylor of Las Angeles, CA., John (Pat) Taylor of Hamden, OH and Roy (Joe) Taylor II of Columbus, OH, grandsons Connor Kirkpatrick of Mingo Junction, OH and Emmitt Brady of Granbury, TX and numerous neices and nephews. preceded in death by his sister, Tina Louise Taylor, paternal grandparents, Lee Roy and Louise Taylor and maternal grandparents John and Ora Richmond.
Charles is a U.S. Navy Veteran who served as an aircraft survival equipment specialist (parachute rigger) on the USS Nemitz. he was a car enthusiast who loved to attend and participate in car shows. he was the recipient of numerous trophies. from a young age he was a talented artist and had a wish to continue his studies on it but received a bad injury to his hand which prevented him from doing so.
Service for Charles will be at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home on Thursday November 7, 2019 with visitation from 1-2 PM funeral services officiated by Pastor Robert Patterson II beginning at 2PM burial will follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens with full military honors.
