Charlotte J. "Janie" Knaul, age 65, of Point Pleasant, WV, died Thursday, February 28, 2013, at Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington, WV, after an extended illness. She was born December 13, 1947, in Cincinnati, OH, a daughter of Robert Anderson Knaul and Charlotte Rose (Balsley) Knaul.

A sweet, loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to countless people, she enjoyed selling Avon, shopping, cooking, '57 Chevys, birthday and holiday celebrations, and especially, quality time with her family. In addition to her father, Robert Anderson Knaul, she was preceded in death by her son, Donald Robert Knaul, her brother, Robert Ernest Knaul, and three nephews, Jeffrey Oden "Jeppy" Clark, Ronald Ashley Wilkins, and Jonah Nathaniel Jarrell.

She is survived by her mother, Charlotte Rose Knaul, three sister, Belinda (Jeff) Clark, Edie (Pat) Legg, and Carol (Rick) Jarrell, all of Point Pleasant, WV; several nephews and nieces and a loving friend and caregiver, Pat Estrada of Point Pleasant, WV.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, Rev. Steven Sanderson and Rev. Dean Warner officiating. Burial will follow in Ohio Valley Memory Gardens, in Gallipolis. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
