Christopher (Chris) Smith age 46, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away peacefully with family at his side on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV.  He was the son of the late Rickie D. and Gayla Smith.

Chris was born January 12, 1973 in Point Pleasant, WV to the late Rickie and Gayla (Casey) Smith.

Much like his dad Chris enjoyed hunting (as long as it wasn't to cold or rainy) and supporting the Big Blacks when he got the chance. He was a 1991 graduate of Point Pleasant High School and a life long resident of Mason County.

Chris leaves behind his baby sister; Amy (David) Nelson, brother Shane (Kara) Smith his nephew; Ian Bradley Smith, one uncle, Bryan and Stacy Smith, three cousins; Amanda, Bridget and Michael with one aunt; Sheila Fowler.

Services for Chris will be Monday February 11, 2019 at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home from 5-6 PM with a memorial officiated by Vicky Moore beginning at 6 PM
