Obituary

Clifford "Cliff" Bellamy age 85 of Point Pleasant passed away Sunday June 7, 2015 following a brief illness while at Abbyshire Place in Gallipolis, Oh.

Cliff was a native of Kenova, West Virginia and a graduate of Ceredo Kenova High School. Cliff was a Combat Veteran of The Korean War, proudly serving in the U.S. Army Signal Corp., after the Army Cliff work for and retired from the B & O Railroad with over 30 years of service.

Cliff was a very respected member of the community, he also served as Treasurer for many local organizations; Mason County Little League, Big Black Backers, Lions Club, Democrat 100 Club and for many years the MGM Marshall Athletic Club. He was a member of the New Haven American Legion Post 140 for over 32 years.

He is preceded in death be his wife Eulah Grinstead Bellamy.

Survivors include two daughters Mary and Jan Haddox, of Point Pleasant, Linda and Harlin Pithford of Louisville, Ky. Two sond Denny Bellamy of Point Pleasant and Charles "Butch" and Sandy Newton of Fort Myers, Fl. five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Services for Cliff will be Tuesday June 9th 2015 at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, visitation will be from 11AM to 1PM funeral service will begin at 1PM with burial to follow at Kirkland Memorial Gardens.

In Lieu of Flowers the family has requested that donations in Cliff's name be made to The PPHS Stadium Committee at OVB C/O Mario Libratore.
