Daniel Thomas Hall Payne age 36, of Letart, WV passed away late Thursday April 22, 2021 at a residence in Oak Hill, Oh.

Daniel is survived by his children; Helen Clonch and Mason Payne his parents; Keith and Jean Cantrell, brother Shaun Payne, sisters; Amanda Payne and Megan Cantrell
