Debra (Miller) Connolly, 56, of Point Pleasant, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday afternoon, December 4, 2011, at Holzer Medical Center. She was a homemaker for her family and was a member of the Calvary Christian Center, in Gallipolis. She was born on June 26, 1955, a daughter to the late James and Katie (McGown) Miller. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, James Miller.
Debra is survived by her husband of 30 years, Charles L. Connolly, Jr., her son and daughter-in-law, Rev. Charles L. and Marsha (Blessing) Connolly, III, of Point Pleasant; her grandsons, Elijah and Caleb Connolly; her mother-in-law, Marjorie Connolly; her sister and brother-in-law, Tina and Shannon Northup, of Middleport; her brothers, Michael Miller and Charles Miller, both of Middleport; and sisters-in-law and their husbands, Carol and Roger Hughart and Debi and Junior Adkins.
Graveside services will be held at the Brewer Cemetery on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. T.D. Hale officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
Debra's life will be remembered at 6:30 p.m., on Thursday, December 8, 2011, at the Calvary Christian Center, on Jackson Pike, in Gallipolis, with her son, Rev. Charles L. Connolly, III officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
