Dorothy Lois (Manning) Bice, age 82, of Lakeland, FL, passed away, Thursday, September 10, 2020, while at her daughter's home.  She was a homemaker.  She was born, October 8, 1937, in Decatur, IL, a daughter to the late Ralph and Sarah (Fortner) Manning.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Mike Bice; great-grandson, Noah Blazer; and son-in-law, Rick Blazer.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Richard N. Bice, of Lakeland, FL; daughter, Laura Blazer, of Point Pleasant; sons, Robert Dobson, of Montana, Michael Dobson, of North Carolina, Kevin and Steven Bice, both of Lakeland, FL, and David Bice, of Southfield, MI; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and extended family.
