Emogene (Reynolds) Stearns, age 94, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014, at her home. Emogene was born May 6, 1920 and was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Stearns, Sr.; son-in-law, Larry Lee, Sr.; and grandson, Larry Lee, Jr.

She is survived by her sister, Irma Hamilton, of Delaware, OH; five children, Eva Robbins, James Stearns, Phyllis Abshire, Clara Costa and Leonard Stearns, Jr.; adopted daughter, Karen Park; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Emogene will be sadly missed, but not forgotten.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home on Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. Marshall Bonecutter officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, June 11, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
