Eula Frances Scherer, 88, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Pleasant Valley Hospital.  She was a homemaker. She was born June 14, 1931, in Charleston, a daughter of the late Rome and Mary (Loftus) Gardner.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Scherer; grandson, Jamie Skidmore; and son-in-law, Glen Hauldren.

Eula is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Mary (David) Biggs, of Point Pleasant and Vickie Hauldren-Phalin (Ron), of Gallipolis; son and daughter-in-law, John T., II (Jane) Scherer; grandchildren, Amy (Christopher) Skidmore, Marcie Biggs, A.J. Scherer and Mathew Scherer; great-grandchildren, Mason and Reagen Skidmore; and brother, Ross Gardner.

Interment at Haven of Rest Memorial Gardens, in Red House, WV, will be conducted in a private service.
