In Loving Memory of Gail June Taylor

Gail June Taylor, 70, of Hartford, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026.

Born on January 22, 1956, Gail was the beloved daughter of the late John Taylor and Grace Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her son, Wayne Wolfe.

Gail devoted her life to her family, who were the center of her world. She found her greatest joy in time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A woman of faith, she took comfort in attending church and cherished the fellowship of her friends. She also enjoyed simple pleasures, including afternoons playing bingo and trips to Walmart. Her gentle nature, generous heart, and steady love left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Shawna McComas, and her cherished grandchildren: Ashley McKinney and husband Colton McKinney; Chelsea McGill and Finance Gary Mullins; Braylon McComas; Kadence McComas; Zander Wolfe; Levi Wolfe; and Gracie Wolfe.

Gail also leaves behind her great-grandchildren: Hunter McGill, Addy McGill, Paislynn McKinney, Braxton McKinney, Jaxson McKinney, Easton McKinney, Chloe Bumgarner, Temperance Mullins, Tucker Mullins, Rowan Wolfe, as well as one precious great-grandson expected soon, Weston Mullins.

She lives on through the love she so freely gave and the many memories her family will forever hold close. She will be remembered for her kindness, her warmth, and the quiet strength she carried throughout her life.

In accordance with Gail’s wishes, no formal services will be held. Her family encourages those who knew her to honor her memory by cherishing their loved ones, showing kindness to others, and holding onto the joy she brought into their lives.

Though she is no longer with us, Gail’s love remains deeply rooted in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered always
