George A. "Buck" Vaughn age 65, of Point Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Holzer Medical Center. He was born September 4, 1956, in Mason County, a son to the late George M. and Louvina (Patterson) Vaughn. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Clarence "Pete" Vaughn.

Buck is survived by his wife, Laura (Roush) Vaughn; step-sons and nephews, Marcus Vaughn and Cass (Elizabeth) Vaughn, both of Point Pleasant; special friends and special granddaughter, Billy and Brittni Plants and Kyla Plants, of Point Pleasant grandchildren, Araya London and Isaiah Snyder; and siblings, Diane Plumley, of New Martinsville, WV, Georgie Smith, of Point Pleasant, and Harley (Mary) Vaughn, of Rio Grande, OH; and his special companion, El Diablo.

There will be a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with Pastor Bob Patterson officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.  You may offer condolences, via this webpage.
