Gladie M. Anderson, 91, of Weston, West Virginia, and formerly of Point Pleasant, died Monday, November 26, 2007. She was a homemaker and was a Christian.

Born, May 3, 1916, in Gay, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Alice (Payne) Ice. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Anderson; sons, Wilmer and Jerry Anderson; a brother, James Ice and sisters, Emma Brown, Josephine Hardesty and Radie Tolley.

She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Curtis of Weston, West Virginia; sons, Fred Anderson of Canon City, Colorado, James Anderson of Pontiac, Michigan and Ronnie Anderson of Weston, West Virginia; two brothers, Jack Ice and Junior Ice of Weston, West Virginia and one sister, Mamie Carpenter of Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 30, 2007, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, with Reverend Johnny Hayman, officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Leon, West Virginia. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6 until 8 p.m., Thursday, November 29, 2007.
