Jim was a hardworking man who began building a life with Sandra and their children at a very young age. Over the years, he worked for GNC Towing, the Malleable Iron Plant, Point Distributor, and the City of Point Pleasant, as a street inspector. He was also a proud business owner of Fetty's Guns and took on many other jobs throughout his life to provide for his family.
An avid huntsman, trapper, and fisherman, Jim was happiest outdoors. He was gifted with his hands and had a remarkable talent for making his own guns and knives. Jim loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and attended House of Praise and Worship and Gospel Lighthouse Church.
Jim was well known for speaking exactly what was on his mind and making sure everyone heard it. His strong spirit, humor, honesty, and unforgettable personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Above all else, Jim loved his family with all his heart and soul. His family finds comfort knowing he is now at peace, likely sharpening knives and becoming God's newest soldier.
