James Vernon Halley age 61, of Gallipolis, OH passed away early Wednesday July 19, 2023 at Buckeye Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jackson, OH.

James was born March 1, 1962 in Gallipolis, OH to the late Clarence and Lucy Halley besides his parents he is preceded in death by five sisters; Rosalee Beaver, Mary Fitzpatrick, Ruth Halley, Norma Shaver and Lula Green, three brothers; Franklin, Everett and Paul Halley and his grandson Lewis Bryant.

James is survived by two daughters; Tabitha Halley and Amber McCallister, four grandchildren; Alexis Moyers, Khileel Bryant, KeyShawn Wilson and Octavia Wilson, four sisters; Arlene Hornsby, Patricia Beaver, Christine Montgomery and Karen Siders along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Keeping with James's wishes there will not be any services.
