Janice Lee (Kinnaird) Ashworth, 79, of Mason, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Pleasant Valley Hospital.  She was a homemaker. She was born April 8, 1943, in Hogsett, WV, a daughter to the late Joseph and Bessie (Honaker) Kinnaird. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Duncan; her son, James Duncan; three grandsons, Lane Sparks, Dustin Duncan and Jason Myers; and two sisters, Ora Kinnaird and Rachel Frandson.

Janice is survived by her children, Mark Duncan, of Mason, Stacy (Terry) Sparks, of New Haven, and Pam (Tood) Beam, of Mason; grandchildren, Tye Laven, Erica Lavender, Cody Sparks, Jordan Myers, Cory Duncan, Joseph Duncan, Jeff Ashworth, and Justin Gilkey; great-grandchildren, Landon, Leno, Cierra, Ashlynn, Naomi, C.J., Jesse, Wyatt, Jarrod; sister, Joyce Smith, of Hurricane; and brother, Charles (Pam) Kinnaird, of Parkersburg.

There will be a graveside service at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 26, 2022, at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, in Letart, with Pastor Bob Patterson officiating. You may offer condolences to the family via this webpage.
