Jason L. Wallace, 36, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015. He was a self-employed laborer. Jason was born July 3, 1979, in Point Pleasant, a son to the late David L. Wallace and Georgetta (Schwartz) Wallace. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Debbie Plants; and uncles, Rick Bryan and Robert Wallace.

Jason is survived by his step-mother, Gaila Wallace; his grandmothers, Lida Wallace (who helped raise him as her son) and Violet Barker; sister and brother-in-law, Cassie and Timmy Stamper; brother and sister-in-law, David and Desirea Wallace; nephews, Caleb and Carter Stamper; niece, Raylen Wallace; uncle, Roger "Hotshot" Wallace; and relatives on his mother's side, Pauline Jeffers, David and Stacy Schwartz, Sandy Dovenburger, Carolyn and Kevin Hudnall and their children, Mary and Jimmy Hodge, Betty and Mike Hively, Howard and Kathy Schwartz; and many cousins and friends who will all miss him.

Memorial service will be at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home on Monday, October 19, 2015, at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Bob Patterson officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
