Juanita Priscella "Priss" Rickgauer age 53 of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Tuesday July 29, 2025, at her home in Point Pleasant, WV.

Juanita was born March 21, 1972, in Columbus, OH the daughter of John Paul Jones and Judy (Jones) Biggs. Besides her father she is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and her stepfather, George (Al) Biggs.

After graduating high school Juanita attended Oregon State University where she received her BA, she also held a paralegal degree as well.

Growing up in a military family she answered the call to service and joined the United States Navy and spent an entire career traveling the world and holding several titles until she retired as a Communications Officer.

Juanita was a very complicated individual who would stand up for what she felt was right, she was a very fun person to be around, and she loved her animals

She is survived by her mother Judith Biggs who loved her so much.

Juanita will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Kirkland Memorial Gardens on Friday, August 1, 2025, with full military honors.
