Keith Allen Sayre age 80, of Point Pleasant, passed away at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House on Friday, May 15, 2026. He was born on September 3, 1945 in Gallia County, OH. a son of the late P.A. Sayre and Helen L. Rothgib Sayre.

Keith spent his career at Gavin Power Plant as a coal yard supervisor. In retirement, he enjoyed making cornhole boards, drag racing, attending car shows, and taking long drives.

He is survived by his son, Brian (Vanessa) Sayre of Point Pleasant, and his daughter, JoBeth (Floyd) Stuart of Lambertville, Michigan. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Brandon (Allie) Sayre, Brady Sayre, Katelyn (Sam) Johnston, Courtney (Ethan) Bowers, and Hunter (Stuart (Cheyanne), along with five great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are his brothers, Richard (Mary Ann) Sayre, of Barboursville and Shawn (Angie) Sayre of Arbuckle.

Services for Keith will be Sunday May 17, 2026, at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00 until 2:00 with the funeral beginning at 2:00. Burial will follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Moose Lodge, 44 Cape Lane Point Pleasant, WV 25550.
