Larry Edward Luckeydoo age 79, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Thursday September 30, 2021 while at Glasgow Health and Rehab Center in Glasgow, WV.

Larry was born September 30, 1942 in Mason, WV to the late Alva and Velma King Luckeydoo. Larry was a veteran of the United States Army and an accomplished carpenter. He had a love of gardening and a passion for the building trades where we was a teacher for Mason County Schools Vocational School as a Building Trades instructor.

Later in life Larry followed his calling and became Rev. Larry Luckeydoo where he pastored several congregations of The United Methodist faith in our area.

Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife Karen.

Larry leaves behind two sons; Larry E. (Melissa) Luckeydoo II and Philip (Sharee) Luckeydoo, five grandchildren; Harrison, Larry III, Kathleen, Ben and Chris, one brother Roger Luckeydoo along with a host of family and friends that will all deeply miss him.

Services for Larry will be at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home on Monday October 4, 2021 with visitation from 5-6 and a funeral service officiated by Pastor Jeff Patrick at 6.
