Pastor Lester Lee Errett, Jr., age 64, of Point Pleasant, went home to his Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, in Columbus, OH. He was a former District Manager of the local cable companies in the Point Pleasant Region and had also been a District Sales Manager for ADT Business Security. He loved devoting a portion of his time to the Point Pleasant Youth Soccer League, where he coached and also helped create the Point Pleasant Middle School Soccer Team, where he was an assistant coach. Lester received his call to preach at the Point Pleasant First Church of God, where he had served as Associate Pastor and has pastored the Frazier's Bottom Church of God for 20 years.

Lester was born September 29, 1952, in Point Pleasant, a son to the late Lester Lee, Sr. and Addie M. (Rainey) Errett. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Nicole Errett.

Lester is survived by his loving wife, Diane (Witt) Errett; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Mat Brown, of Point Pleasant; sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher Errett, of Point Pleasant and Sgt. Joshua and Sgt. Inga Errett, of Ft. Bragg, NC; granddaughters, Matison and MaKenzie Brown and future granddaughter, Layla Elizabeth Errett; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Bill Crawford, of Point Pleasant; and many nieces and nephews and his church family at the Frazier's Bottom Church of God.

Lester's life will be remembered at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 8, 2017, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with his longtime friend, Rev. Randy Parsons officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made in Lester's honor to the Youth Fellowship of Frazier's Bottom Church of God, 19064 Winfield Rd., Frazier's Bottom, WV 25082.
