Obituary

Mary (Butler) Liberatore Allman, 96, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018, at Pleasant Valley Hospital, with her family by her side. She was a homemaker and had attended the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  She was born October 8, 1922, in Holden, WV, a daughter to the late Carlo Antonio and Caterina (Femia) Butler.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her spouses, John Liberatore and Rupert Allman; brothers, Russell, Frank and Joe Butler; and brother-in-law, Mario Liberatore, who was killed in W.W.II.

She is survived by her children, Mario P. Liberatore, Joseph P. Liberatore, Sante A. Liberatore, Brenda L. Liberatore and Christine L. Handley, all residing in Point Pleasant; step-children, Mary Lee, Janet and Rupert, Jr.; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Mary's life will be remembered at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with Pastor Bob Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
