Mary Snowden, 88, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019, at her home.  She was a member of the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church and worked many places in Point Pleasant throughout her life, including: Kroger, Earl Deal Insurance, WV Employment Security and ERA Real Estate.  She was born December 10, 1930, in Logan, WV.  Preceding her in death was her husband, Harry Snowden; and a son, Michael Joseph Snowden.

Mary is survived by her son, Harry David Snowden, of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Alison (Kent) Haley, of Gallipolis, and Matthew (Lindsay) Snowden, of Phoenix, AZ, James Thomas and Jeremiah Boles, Joseph Snowden (Johnna Weethee), Michelle (Adam) Kidd and Stevie (Colton) Holt; great-grandchildren, Bradley, Ethan, Owen and Anneliese Haley, and Mason and Haley Snowden, Lexus, Aidan, Ayla and Shayden Boles, Jordan Daubenmire, John Greyson Weethee and Madison, Annabell and Colin Holt; sister, Ruth Durst, of Point Pleasant; and brother, Ernest Grymes, of Sarasota, FL.

There will be a funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church, with Pastor John Holland officiating.  Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held at the church, one hour prior to the service.
