Michael A. Carper, 51, of Henderson, WV, passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at his home. He was born June 1, 1964, a son to the late David R. and Maggie (Henry) Parsons. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Park A. Parsons, George D. Carper and Melvin Henry.

Michael is survived by his wife, Patricia Sue Fisher; step-daughters, Debbie and Tommy Fields, of Letart, and Kathy Fisher, of Henderson; sisters, Edna (Larry Snead) Fisher, of Henderson, Sheila and William "Billy" Baird, of Gallipolis Ferry; brothers, William R. and Barbara Carper, of Henderson, David Carper and Larry D. Carper, both of Point Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a funeral service on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, beginning at 12:00 p.m., with Rev's. Marshall Bonecutter and Jack McCoy officiating. Burial will follow in Henderson Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
