Noah Richard Blazer, age 8 months, passed into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday morning, July 18, 2017, at Pleasant Valley Hospital. Noah was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William "Rick" Blazer and maternal grandfather, Noah Edward Simms.

Noah is survived by his parents, Tommy and Paula (Kohen) Blazer, of Point Pleasant; paternal grandmother, Laura Blazer, of Point Pleasant; maternal grandparents, Edwina Simms, of Lewisburg, WV and David Kohen, of Roanoke, VA; brother and sister, Andy and Baileigh; uncles, Ricky, Ryan, Steven "Tiny", Danny and Derek Blazer; and many extended family who will all miss him deeply.

Noah's life will be remembered at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, with Rev. Joe Nott officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. The family has asked that you dress casually, and wear what you would wear to a Chicago Cubs game.
