Norma Jean Krebs, 77, of Chillicothe, Ohio and formerly of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, died Saturday evening, August 23, 2008, at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. She was a graduate of Point Pleasant High School Class of 1948, a graduate of Marshall University and she was also a retired teacher in Ross County Schools in Chillicothe.

Born, July 25, 1931, in Mason County, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Clara (Greenlee) Krebs. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers; Roy, James O. and William Krebs and two sisters; Mildred O. Swann and Ruth Dooley.

She is survived by a special nephew and niece; Gerry and Joyce Krebs of Point Pleasant, West Virginia; five nieces, one nephew, several great-nieces and nephews and two sisters-in-law; Bernice Krebs and Ann Krebs.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 30, 2008, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, with Reverend James Lewis and Reverend Claudia Fizer, officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens, Route 62 North near Point Pleasant. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. After services on Saturday, Gerry and Joyce Krebs have requested your presence at their home for a time of food and fellowship.
