Norma June Durst McCulloch, 91, of Locust, NC, passed away Friday, August 25, 2023 at her home.

A grave side  service will be coordinated by Crow Hussell Funeral Home at Concord Baptist Church in Henderson, WV.  The graveside  service will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

She was born June 4, 1932 in Givens, WV to the late William Henry Durst and Dollie Boswell Durst. Norma had worked as a High School Instructor with Mason County, WV School System in Business Education. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Point Pleasant, WV. While in NC, , Norma attended The Gathering in Albemarle with her daughter.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward McCulloch, III and her second husband, Frank Edward Yester.

She is survived by a son, Charles McCulloch of Kennesaw, GA; a daughter, Carolyn Davis (Jimmy Lee) of Midland, NC; and a stepdaughter, Mickie Richardson (Dave) of Vienna, WV.  She is  survived by  two  grandchildren,  Kathryn Tia Davis, of Midland, NC,  and Jessica Madison Davis of Raleigh, NC.
