Olive Freda (Hussell) Cottrill, 94, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Holzer Assisted Living.  She was a beautician and a personal caregiver and a member of Krebs Chapel Church.  She was born October 1, 1926, in Point Pleasant, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Morris) Hussell.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clair Lee Cottrill, Sr.; step-daughters, Linda Rogers and Barbara Eileen Harris; siblings, Iva Slayton, Clara Schultze, Leonard, John "Doc", Richard and Ralph Hussell.

Olive is survived by her step-children, Clair Lee, Jr. (Beverly) Cottrill, Point Pleasant, Mike (Shirley) Cottrill, of Letart, Elizabeth (Jack) Shiflet, of Rutland, OH; step-son-in-law, Charles Rogers, of Parkersburg, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Thanks to Violet Thomas, niece and Lydia Gordon, great-niece.
