Philip E. Ball was born April 10, 1946.  As he grew up, he proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He married Nancy (Gilley) Ball and was the proud father of their children, Nathan and Jessica Ball and Jode and Rob Polcyn.  Philip was "Pop" to his grandchildren, Marikate Polcyn, Ethan Ball, Jacob Polcyn,  Ireland Ball, and Gabe Polcyn.  Pop was so proud of his grandchildren and they were the light of his life.

Philip passed into Heaven on Sunday, January 12, 2020.  In keeping with Philip's wishes, there will be no service or obituary.
