Phyllis A. Ratcliff age 61 of Gallipolis, Oh passed away early Sunday morning October 15, 2023, while at Arbors of Gallipolis.

Phyllis was born in Gallipolis, Oh on January 22, 1962 to the late Orlyn Bob and Beatrice (Grinder) Cochran besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Orlyn Robert Cochran Jr. and sister Tammy Jean Russell.

Phyllis was a homemaker and loved her time with family and friends but was extremely happy when she was spending time with her grand kids, she was an avid bowler and a foodie.

She is survived by her daughters; Selina Kemper and Samantha Mayes Harder Turner, her grand babies; Bristol Harder, Dayton Fellure and Kaylieona Kemper, also surviving are her siblings; Mildred (Ted) Russell, Darlene Ratcliff, Billy Cochran, Thelma Harris and Cristy Mullins.

Funeral services will be Friday October 20, 2023 at The Morgan Center Holiness Church. Visitation will be gin at 11:00 with a funeral at 12:00 officiated by Pastor Ted Russell.
