Raymond Everett Staats, age 75 of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Saturday May 10, 2014 while surrounded by family at Pleasant Valley Hospital. He was a member of Good Shepard United Methodist Church and a member of Carpenters Local #1159.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Jarvis Staats, as well as his parents, Howard and Garnet Staats as well as an infant brother.

Raymond is survived by his children; Chloie (Mike) Boelte, Mark (Lisa) Staats, and Molly (Steve) Greenlee, grandchildren; Brandon and Abbey Boelte, Morgan and Dylan Greenlee, and Isaiah and Levi Staats, and one great-grandchild Aiden Boelte.

Raymond id also survived by a brother, Holly (Dana) Staats of Maryland, and a sister, Patricia Faudree of Rio Grande, Oh. along with several nieces and nephews.

Services for Raymond will be Tuesday May 13, 2014 at Crow-Hussell Funeral Home with visitation starting at 12PM and the funeral beginning at 1PM burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

Raymond loved his church family and requests that In Lieu of Flowers that donations be made to Good Shepard UM Church or Davies Grove Baptist Church.
