Regina Ann Lewis, 46 of Bidwell Ohio, past away peacefully on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Holzer hospital with her family by her side. Regina was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 30, 1969. Daughter of the late Lloyd Carl Smith and Patsy Smith. She was a proud mother and an even prouder grandmother. She was an avid learner and a proud honors graduate of Marshall University with several degrees. She was proceeded into death by her father, Lloyd Smith, mother Patsy Smith, brother Carl Smith and husband Harry Harvey Lewis Jr..She was survived by her fiancé Brian Conley of Bidwell Ohio, daughters and son-n-laws Christina and Bird Black of Point Pleasant Beth and Caleb Keely of Charleston W.V. grandchildren Brandon and Liam Black and Levaeh Keely. Sisters Patricia Meadows and Sherry Johnson of Point Pleasant W.V., Kay Smith of St. Petersburg Florida, Tammy Roach of North Carolina, and several nieces and nephews.

Services will Wednesday July 22, 2015 at Crow-Hussell Funeral with visitation from 11:00-12:00, funeral service will begin at 12 PM. with burial to follow at Union Cemetery.
