With humble acceptance of God`s will, we announce the passing of Rose Mary (Hudnall) Gillies (76) on March 11, 2024 peacefully at her home in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.

She was born on September 23, 1947 in Cabin Creek West Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her parents Andrew S. Hudnall and Elnora K. Hudnall, a brother Roger L. Hudnall and an infant brother.

She is survived by her Husband of 59 years, Alexander Gillies Sr. and four children. Alex (Susan Ehman) Gillies Jr. of Point Pleasant WV, Mike Gillies of Point Pleasant WV, Tammy (James) Barker of Gallipolis Ohio and Robert Gillies of Point Pleasant WV. Also 9 grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren.

Rose was a homemaker and enjoyed traveling, beach trips and making crafts. She was a dedicated Christian and studied her Bible daily. The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
