Senneth C. Wandling age 90, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away unexpectedly at his Old Town Campground in Point Pleasant Tuesday April 11, 2023.

Senneth was born in Charleston, WV on October 5, 1932, to the late Otho and Ethel Sayre Wandling, besides his parents he is preceded in death by brothers, Glenneth and Therian, sister Cledith Wilson, nephews Larry Wandling, Gary DeWeese, Dale Newberry and Landis Wandling Jr., step grandson Christian Darst, niece Carol Lynn Glover, sisters-in-laws Carolyn Glover and Christine Wandling, brother-in-laws Leonard Newberry, Johnny Glover, father and mother in laws Russell and Velma Oshel.

Senneth served his country for two years in the United States Army and then worked as welder at B and W in Barberton, Oh. where he worked for seven years, after being laid off he began driving a tractor trailer and did so for twenty-five years.

In 1980 Senneth went into business for himself doing demolition and excavating work, he was also co-owner with his wife at Oldtown Campground.

Senneth attended Hickory Chapel Church and at the young age of 88 he was saved and remained active with the church until his passing.

By his own wishes Senneth was cremated and his family gathered together for a dinner to celebrate the life on the hardworking man that touched so many.

Surviving is his wife of seventy years, Catherine Oshel Wandling, children; Kim (Pam) Wandling, Lisa Wandling, Laura Herdman, Kendall  (Jeannie) Wandling and Kerry (Cindy) Wandling, a sister, Jienice Newberry, brother, Landis Wandling of Gallipolis, Oh , sisters-in-law Irene Wandling of Delaware, OH and Jonnie Wandling of Heaters, WV, brother-in-law Clearance (Donna) Oshel.

Grandchildren; Tommy (Michelle) Sergant, Cynthia (Brent) Fetty, Ryan Herdman, Rusty (Danielle) Wandling, Amanda Plants, JC (Jackie) Plants, Kerra Layne, Katie (Davey) Hudson, Kyle Sprouse, Ali Sprouse, Britlyn (Kyle) Green, Cody Wandling, and  Nick Leport, step-granddaughters, Carrie (Brian) Blain and Mckenzie (Travis) Berry seventeen great grand children and three step great grandchildren. Along with a host of family and friends that lives he had touched.
