Shirley (Barton) Jackson, 81, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2011, at her daughter's home, surrounded by her family and friends. Mrs. Jackson was born to the late James and Sally Barton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl A. Jackson; her sister, Alma Terry; and her brother, Dennis Barton.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Judaline and Mario Liberatore, of Point Pleasant; her granddaughters, Mary Carol Liberatore, of Charleston and Cynthia Liberatore, of Richmond, VA; her sister, Annavieve Barton Kessinger, of Princeton, WV; and her Golden Retriever, Molly.

Visitation will be held at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 6, 2011, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Private Graveside Services will be conducted on Thursday, July 7, 2011. Burial will take place in Kirkland Memorial Gardens.
