Shirley Kay (Hall) Loomis, age 65, of Point Pleasant, passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 19, 2017, at the Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was retired from Pleasant Valley Hospital, having worked in Human Resources. She was born December 7, 1951, in Point Pleasant, a daughter to the late Cecil "Pete" and Mary Katherine (Roush) Hall. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Marvin "Dick" Hall and sister, Frances Hall.

Shirley is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 46 years, Carl "Bill" Loomis; daughters and son-in-law, Heather and Luke Roush, of Prestonsburg, KY, Nora Loomis, of Point Pleasant and Terri Loomis, of Hurricane; and her grandchildren, Brad (Kayce) Loomis, Nathan Loomis and Carlei and Kyndal Roush.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at the Crow-Hussell Funeral Home. Because of the loving care that she received, the family has suggested that in place of flowers, contributions be made in Shirley's memory to the PVNRC Resident's Fund, 640 Sandhill Road, Point Pleasant, WV, 25550.
