Terri Lyn
Freeman
November 29, 1957 – August 23, 2025
Terri Lyn Freeman age 67, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away early Saturday August 23, 2025, at Holzer Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Terri was born November 29, 1957, in Columbus, Oh. to Ralph and Patricia (Martin) Whitesel.
Besides her parents Terri is preceded in death by her loving husband David Lynn Freeman along with one brother and one sister.
Terri was a very strong and caring person, a loving wife, mother and grandmother who deeply cared for her family. She was a Rock for her family always showing grace and her strong faith in God.
Terri was not only a home maker to her family, but she also worked outside the home and retired from Speedway Corporation where she worked and supervised the deli and food operations. She loved this work because it gave her so much access to the people of her community and she loved sharing her infectious smile to all she encountered.
She was a family-oriented woman with faith that would move a mountain, something that she instilled in and shared with her family right up to her last breath. She loved her family with her whole heart.
Terri was a self-taught artist one might say, while she never boasted about it, she loved to paint and did often in her spare time, one of her favorite subjects were the birds that she would see around her home or she may spot while on a trip, she had a gift and it gave her joy to recreate God's beautiful creatures on her canvas.
Surviving Terri are her daughters, Cindy and Pastor Michael Chapman, of Point Pleasant, Tammy Rinehart of Columbus, Samantha and Philip Mount of Point Pleasant, her son Christopher and Brittany Freeman of Marysville, Oh, fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren along with two brothers.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate Terri on Sunday August 31, 2025, at 3:00 at Apostolic Gospel Church 1812 Eastern Ave. Gallipolis, Oh 45631.
