Valerie (Rayburn) Walters, 65, of Point Pleasant, passed away, Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, with her family beside her. She was a retired Registered Nurse, from Pleasant Valley Hospital. She was born August 8, 1956, in Point Pleasant, a daughter to the late Nelson and Geraldine (Northup) Rayburn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Myla Walters; and brother, Brett Lee Rayburn.

Valerie is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Charles "Chuck" Walters; sons and daughters-in-law, Chad (Courtney) Walters, of Point Pleasant, Ryan (Erica) Walters, of Gallipolis, and Dane Walters, of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Owen, Ava, Rilynn, Colton and Jade Walters, Rebecca and Warren Sydenstricker; sister, Melanie Pumphrey; and many extended family and friends, who will all miss her.
