Velda Rosemary (Wise) Wallace, 87, of Point Pleasant, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Holzer Medical Center, in Gallipolis.  She was a homemaker.  Born July 29, 1933, in Glenwood, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jasper and Velma Iris (Starkey) Wise.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard K. Wallace, Sr.; and brothers, Willard, Dallas and James Wise.

Rose is survived by her children, Barbara "Robin" and Russ Williams, of Bidwell, Richard K. Wallace, Jr., of Annapolis, MD, and Debra Wallace, of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Patrick, Timothy, Dallas and Wallace; great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
